Commitments for Cloud Services (ISO 27018 & PDPL Compliance):

  1. Breach Notification: Data2Cloud commits to notifying Data Controllers of any PII breach within 72 hours of verification.
  2. Data Deletion: Upon contract termination, all PII contained in Customer Tenant environments will be deleted or returned within 30 days.
  3. Segregation: Customer Tenant Data is strictly separated from Data2Cloud’s own marketing and analytics processing.
  4. Portability: Data2Cloud provides standard export mechanisms for customer data in common formats, supporting data portability requirements.
  5. Subprocessors: A current list of third-party subprocessors is available in our Trust Center/Service Portal, and we commit to providing notification of changes.
